Requirement & Design
Customer requirements are reviewed and product specs confirmed. For OEM/ODM orders, our engineering team produces design drawings and BOM within 3-5 business days.
Incoming Quality Control
All raw materials -- LED chips, drivers, housings, optics -- pass IQC inspection before entering the production floor, eliminating defects at the source.
First Article & Pilot Run
A first-article sample is produced and verified against specifications. IPQC staff monitor the pilot run to correct any deviations before mass production begins.
Mass Production
Full-scale production runs across dedicated lines with continuous in-process quality checks at each assembly station to maintain batch-to-batch consistency.
Aging Test (24-48 h)
Every unit undergoes at least 24 hours of room-temperature aging or 48 hours of 45 °C high-temperature aging to verify luminous flux maintenance and lifespan reliability.
Final Inspection & Shipment
Finished products pass sampling and full-inspection checks. Compliance documentation is prepared and goods are packed and shipped on schedule.
