Product Quality

We implement a multi-stage quality control system: Incoming Quality Control (IQC) inspects all raw materials before they enter the production line. First Article Inspection (FAI) and In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) are performed on the production line to catch deviations early. All finished products undergo a combination of sampling and full inspection. Additionally, every product must pass a mandatory 24-48 hour aging test before shipment to verify luminous flux maintenance and lifespan reliability.
Yes. We regularly commission third-party laboratories to conduct reliability verification, including withstand voltage, insulation, temperature rise, and lifespan testing. This ensures our quality data is independently verified and traceable.
Each of our 3 production lines is supervised by QC staff with more than 3 years of experience. Combined with strict IQC on raw materials and IPQC during production, we maintain consistent product performance across all batches. Optical parameters such as color temperature, power, and CRI are measured and logged for every production run.
